1. How do I place an order?
    Just click on the handy "Add to Cart" buttons at the bottom of each of the product pages.  These buttons will take you to a PayPal shopping cart. Don't have a PayPal account?  It's super easy to make one, and you don't need to attach your banking information to it.  You can simply use your credit card to create the account. Check it out here: www.paypal.com

2. How do I customize my products?
    Check out our handy How It Works and Options and Ideas pages.  It has all the info you'll need to customize your product, and place your order.

3. What are the shipping fees like?
    Shipping fees are as follows:  $5.00 to anywhere in Ontario, $10.00 to anywhere else in Canada or the USA.  We do ship worldwide, so If you're in the Europe, Australia, or Asia, we are happy to calculate the shipping cost for you.

4. How long do I have to wait for my custom order?
    4 - 6 weeks is the standard wait time, but it depends on how many orders we have, where you are in the queue, and how long it takes for the post office to get your package to you.  If we think it will take longer than 6 weeks, we will let you know.  Remember, your item is handmade just for you - it takes time to create a masterpiece!  : )

5. How long do I have to wait for a Ready Made item?
    Ready Made items can be shipped off to you right away, so it depends on how long it takes for the post office to deliver your package.
